Week Tatlo - Hapy Day!

Okay, so i only have about 40 minutes so i hope that i can get through all of this....
First off, this key board sucks... so i probably wont be spelling things correctly. secondly... There are two deaf elders here... they make me so happy!! I wish that i was more confident in my sign language so i could go up and talk to them. one of them has a double cochlear implant, so he can kinda hear and the other one has a single cochlear. it is so amazing to see that they sill want to serve the lord, and that they are able. along with them, there are several young men that are physically handicap... yet there are still here serving their lord. i love it!
so for the fourth of july, we got to stay up late!! woo-hoo... but we paid for it the next day in class.. it was terrible. but we had a really cool deviotional that night and then we watched 17 miracles... if you havent seen it- watch it! it means so much more to me now that ive been on the trek too... so watch it and think of me, and also about all the people that made it possible that we have this beautiful gospel.
the day after the fourth, we had 'glasses' day... everyone except 3 people i think wear glasses in my district. its pretty crazy. i, though, am the most blind!! rock on to my genetics.
on sunday, you'll never guess what happened!! i went to the front desk and asked to check out a violin! and then i got to play for my district!! it was so amazing! i never knew how much i missed it... okay i do realize, but it felt so good to play.... even if it was a 3/4 size.
i bought new scriptures so don't worry about that charge on my card... i needed new ones mine are falling apart. so i bought the mini kind! they are so cute! i love them!
To my little 7 year old brother: HAPPY BIRTHDAY, tomorrow!!! i love you so much little bro! i hope you have a wonderful birthday! i'll be thinking about you!
So, for those of you who don't know... missionaries love mail. and there is this cool thing that you can do... its called DearElder.com and you go on there and type me a letter and then you send it to me... and i'll get it that day. (: its pretty awesome so y'all should take advantage of it!
I don't have vianna's email... or her address... could someone tell her to write me? or give me her address? thanks
The language is still hard... I am still struggling with confidence... and the longer i am here the more i realize that i hvae so much stuff to improve so i can become more christ like. seriously though... I love learning about the savior and gods love. And he does love us! In every lesson i teach i always say; 'kabalo ako nga palangga kita sang Dios, palangga ka sang Dios" which mean "i know that god loves us, i know that god loves you" it is true and the sciptures testify over and over of the pure love they have for us!
I love this work! I love being a missionary. I love having a purpose, and that purpose being an instrument in the hands of god. alma 29:9. this is such a beautiful work!

I love all of you, so much!!! I cant get over the fact, though, that I'm actually a real missionary! haha My companion and i will be waliking on campus and see two elders walking... and almost in unison we will say 'hey look! the missionaries!" haha its crazy.
I am going to send some pictures, if it works this week. (:
Palangga ta kamo! (I love you all!)
Pagpalangga,
your missionary.
Sister Young
